TERM & CONDITIONS

1.GENERAL

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all printing services, promotional gift orders, corporate gift items, uniforms, large format printing, and any related services provided by Dani Jee Promotional Gift Printing.
1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time.
1.3 By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to place commercial orders.

2.ARTWORK & DESIGN POLICY

2.1 All artwork must be supplied in high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, or JPG formats.
2.2 We are not responsible for errors in artwork supplied by the customer (including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, color variations, or incorrect sizes).
2.3 If design services are requested, additional design charges may apply unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Colors may slightly vary between digital screens and printed output due to printing process limitations.
2.5 Once artwork is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 All orders require full payment in advance unless a prior agreement exists.
3.2 Prices shown on the website or quoted via WhatsApp/email may change without prior notice.
3.3 Bulk orders or custom promotional items (mugs, bottles, notebooks, pens, T-shirts, jackets, etc.) require 50–100% advance depending on order type.
3.4 Production begins only after payment confirmation and artwork approval.

4. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIME

4.1 Standard production time varies by product (typically 1–7 working days).
4.2 Urgent orders may incur additional rush charges.
4.3 Production timelines may be affected by:

  • Public holidays (UAE official holidays)

     

  • Material availability

     

  • Artwork delays

     

  • Unexpected technical issues
    4.4 We will always try to meet agreed deadlines, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

     

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

5.1 We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
5.2 Delivery charges vary based on location and order size.
5.3 Once an order is shipped or handed over to a courier, we are not responsible for:

  • Transport delays
  • Damaged parcels

     

Lost shipments
5.4 Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Customized printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for the customer.
6.2 A refund can only be issued if:

  • We fail to deliver the product

     

  • The product was not produced as per the approved artwork

     

  • A major manufacturing error has occurred
    6.3 Cancellations after artwork approval or production start are not allowed.
    6.4 If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days.

     

7. QUALITY & MATERIAL VARIATIONS

7.1 Minor variations in print color, texture, size, and placement are normal in printing and manufacturing processes.
7.2 For promotional items (mugs, notebooks, pens, bottles, apparel), slight differences between batches may occur.
7.3 We are not responsible for issues arising from low-quality artwork supplied by the customer.

8. CORPORATE GIFTS & UNIFORMS POLICY

8.1 Apparel items (T-shirts, jackets, caps, uniforms) may vary in stitching, fabric shade, and fitting.
8.2 Once branded or printed, apparel items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
8.3 For printed mugs/bottles, slight placement variation (1–3 mm) is considered acceptable.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Dani Jee Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to delays, errors, or product use.
9.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
9.3 Customers must provide correct information (size, quantity, colors, artwork). Errors due to incorrect information are not our responsibility.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

10.1 Customer data (name, contact, artwork, etc.) is kept confidential and used only for order processing.
10.2 We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for delivery partners.
10.3 All payments are processed through secure channels.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to print any logos, images, trademarks, or copyrighted material.
11.2 Dani Jee Printing is not responsible for unauthorized use of intellectual property supplied by customers.

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12.2 Any disputes will be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
